Game Plan

Doctor Doom, King of Latveria fuels a discard-driven burn engine where each land you discard drains the table for 2 life. Currency Converter and Awesome Android exile discarded cards to replay them, while Cosmic Cube cheats high-mana threats into play during attacks. The deck chains connive triggers (from Ultron, Unlimited; Kang, Temporal Tyrant; and Prowler, Clawed Thief) to generate card flow and +1/+1 counters, then converts that board into lethal damage via Toxic Deluge, Kefka's card-draw-into-drain loop, or Living Laser's token copies.

How It Wins

Discard-to-drain core: Doctor Doom's triggered ability fires whenever you discard a land, dealing 2 life per trigger. Currency Converter and Awesome Android turn those discards into repeatable value—exiling the card and letting you replay it, or converting it into a token. This creates a resource loop: discard lands (via Faithless Looting, Compulsive Research, or connive triggers), drain the table, and recycle threats. Connive payoff chain: Ultron, Unlimited; Kang, Temporal Tyrant; Prowler, Clawed Thief; and Iron Monger, Sadistic Tycoon all trigger on connive, stacking +1/+1 counters and card advantage. Each connive draw fuels more discards, which feeds Doom's drain and the exile engines. High-mana threat deployment: Cosmic Cube attacks to cheat spells from the top of your library without paying mana, while Kang Prime suspends high-impact cards (like Kefka or Lady Loki's Manifestation) that enter with haste and immediately attack. Conversion to lethal: Toxic Deluge pays life to wipe the board and drain simultaneously. Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin forces discard and draws cards for each card type discarded, then transforms into a drain engine. Living Laser copies itself for each card discarded that turn, creating a wide board that swings for lethal. The Masters of Evil tutors Plan cards (like Glorious Purpose or Kang Dynasty) to lock down evasion or grant unblockability, ensuring your threats connect.
