RogSi is a compact combo deck built around instant-speed library-exile kills. The two commanders—Rograkh (a free 0-mana body with first strike, menace, and trample) and Silas Renn (a 3-mana deathtouch creature that recasts artifacts from your graveyard when it deals combat damage)—anchor a spell-chain engine that chains cheap spells into mana and card advantage. The deck's primary win is a two-card instant-speed combo: Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact exiles your entire library, then Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac enters and wins immediately. A secondary combo loop—Underworld Breach, Lotus Petal, and Brain Freeze—generates infinite self-mill and storm copies to mill the table. 5 tutors (Demonic Tutor and Diabolic Intent, plus 3 more tutors) find any card the plan needs; Sol Ring and Mana Vault, plus 5 more ramp pieces are not tutors.
Fast-mana foundation: Sol Ring and Mana Vault, plus 2 more ramp pieces generate 2–4 mana by turn 1, letting you cast Silas Renn on turn 2 or deploy tutors and rituals immediately. Spell-chain engine: 4 tutors (Mystical Tutor and Demonic Tutor, plus 2 more tutors) find any card the plan needs; Demonic Consultation is not a tutor. Brain Freeze and Underworld Breach sit in your graveyard as escape outlets—casting cheap spells fills your graveyard, and Underworld Breach lets you recast Lotus Petal from the graveyard for its escape cost (exile three cards, add one mana), repeating the loop. The Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac line wins by exiling your library, so graveyard hate does not stop it — the real answers are countering Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac and countering Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact, plus hand disruption before you assemble. Alternatively, if Underworld Breach is in play, you loop Lotus Petal and Brain Freeze—each Brain Freeze copies itself via storm (the spell copies once for each spell cast before it this turn), milling you and your opponents until the table is milled out. Protection layer: Counterspells (Counterspell, Fierce Guardianship, Pact of Negation) and free-mode interaction (Force of Negation, Force of Will, Deadly Rollick) defend the combo turn or answer early threats. Silas Renn's combat damage trigger recasts artifacts from your graveyard, turning early creatures into card advantage and graveyard setup for Underworld Breach loops.
